2020 QILT employer satisfaction survey bucks student survey’s negative trends

Despite decreases in student satisfaction affecting the Australian higher education sector in 2020, the 2020 Employer Satisfaction Survey provided a more positive outlook of the sector, including an improvement in overall satisfaction levels since 2019.
